Description And Price Of Goods
The description and price of the goods that you order are those shown on Gill's Craft Studio at the time of placing your order.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receiving your order we find the goods are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option of an alternative or a refund for any sum paid for those goods.
Placing An Order
Placing an order with Gill's Craft Studio is really easy, simply browse the site and if there is an item that you wish to order, simply click 'add to basket'. This will automatically take you to your shopping basket, from where you can adjust quantities, delete items, continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you continue shopping, you then repeat the process until you are happy with your order after which you will proceed to checkout. At this point you will be asked for your standard billing details and if you want you can also enter a different delivery address (great if you want to send a gift directly). After setting up your details you will be directed to the Paypal secure server where you will be able to process your payment.
Post and Packing
There is no minimum order, however a standard postage and packing charge of £2.99 will apply to all orders valued at less than £40.00. All orders over £40.00 will receive free post and packing.
Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders by the end of the following working day, although larger orders may take longer. Delivery will be either by courier or Royal Mail, and you should allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although most orders will arrive much sooner.
Right To Cancel
If you change your mind about the order you have placed with us you have seven days to return any unwanted goods. In the first instance you should inform Gill's Craft Studio in writing (post or email) of the goods that you intend to return. You must pay the cost of returning the goods, and you should ensure that they are safely returned. We will happily refund you for any returned goods provided that they are in their original condition and that any sealed packaging remains unbroken. When returning items please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office as this will allow you to make a claim should the items get lost in the post.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued on any goods that have been used.
Faulty Goods
All products should arrive in perfect condition, however should an item be found to be damaged or faulty on receipt, you should email us within 7 days and we will accept their return for a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund the normal First Class/standard parcels cost of returning the item.
Terms and conditions
